On speeches: The maximum length of a speech has been arbitrarily set at 4 minutes (240 seconds). Extra minutes will only be granted to people doing it Pecha Kucha style - 20 slides displayed for 20 seconds each....
All speeches and other interventions should be synchronized with the Master of Ceremonies (Serge) who can be contacted on Signal or WhatsApp at +46 79 012 96 59 (if you don't already have him in your list).
There is a Spotify playlist that will play when nobody's making more interesting sounds.
There is a shared album that will be projected when nobody's showing anything more interesting.
Note: Flowers will not survive the trip back to Trondheim, so if you bring any, it's for the evening only!
